      Good benefits, reasonable work hours, important mission, lifesaving products Would recommend working here to others, especially at the early to middle career level.

      Cons

      A lot of change recently, but the culture is moving in the right direction. Senior leadership is a little weak, but this also seems to be improving.

      Large company with excellent professional opportunities.

      Cons

      Employee of a smaller company acquired by Baxter. Smaller company was ultimately absorbed into Baxter and scheduled for closure. Pursuing opportunities within Baxter would have required relocation.
