      Pros

      You learn an awful lot. The place operates in constant siege mode though.

      Cons

      While there are decidely talented people there, it feels like there are no adults; and instead of saying this is priority one today and tomorrow, you find yourself getting pulled onto and off of projects constantly.

      Excellent workmates, team building, societal benefits, high wages, well known products, distribution, logistics, supply chain, warehouse are suitable and very good working environment.

      Cons

      Nowadays as in the whole Sector you've to achieve more with less resources. The company has also led to invest in technology that results in less waste of time and higher productivity.
