Lots of responsibility immediately. Great group of employees to work with. Great location for lover of the outdoors.

Cons

Many priorities that change so often that it hinders progress. Lack of direction from management. Reactive management. Lack of resources for projects. Unrealistic deadlines for projects. Revolving door with employees due to lack of training, overwork, and lack of direction. High turnover in plant manager position.
