flexible schedule; ability to work from home once trained: exciting alternative career direction to work in PV arena; security gate personal were a highlight to my day

Cons

NO training for new hires! No communication with hiring manager. The only way into these positions is through a low paying contract position.

Work life balance depending on your manager.

Cons

Leadership might as well not exist because there is no direction given and lack of alignment between leaders. Nothing gets done because people only put up a bunch of barriers. Still quite a bit of male superiority mentality at Baxter. Very political.
