      Learn a lot if your first job out of college

      Cons

      Large company so ur lost in a sea of employees. Unless ur suprrvisor takes specific interest in ur growth u will be stuck.

      Very Ethical staff, great work environment, strive for getting it right and delivering value to customers

      Cons

      Large company and being able to have alignment across the globe is difficult. Many opinions from folks that did it different at other companies come in and implement what they think is a better idea and when not based on data and monitored....doesn't result in a win and has to be corrected.
