Pros

The people in my team are, for the most part, a joy to work with. As always there are the outliers, but this comes with the territory anywhere.

Cons

Information on upcoming changes is handed out piecemeal, very sparingly. Political correctness seems to be the accepted way to conduct business. People feel as if they don't count, not really. It is all in who you know, who you are willing to kowtow to, to move up the ranks.

Large MNC with offices in most APAC countries. New CEO on-board to shake up business.

Cons

Slow moving, risk averse business strategy. Business direction is top down from the USA (with few global leaders having ever worked in Asia). Lack-lustre product pipeline.
