Very stable organization, team driven, employee development is a priority and good visibility if you are a hard worker.

Cons

Work-life balance is getting better, but still not the best. Hiring strategy includes hiring many recent graduates, which require significant time before bringing value to the organization.

Pros

great company and lots of growth potential with good compensation. Most people are wonderful to work with and there is a culture of collaboration. Corporate support is great!

Cons

New site leadership is changing the culture and the environment is becoming a toxic. Many feel like it's management by fear and they are losing good employees quickly. This is creating high turnover. This not the case at all sites, but it is the case at the Thousand Oaks site.

company culture and values - feels like a second family instant access to benefits - no waiting periods (stocks, 401k, etc) supportive direct supervisors solid training, program has been tweaked of late but it has new reps hitting the floor faster.

Cons

lack of exposure to some other aspects of the company upper management does not grasp the daily struggles that the frontline representatives go through severe lack of communication between sectors of the supply chain out dated technology, systems do not communicate well with each other
