Pros

Team environment -- collaborative. Values based culture. Very motivating mission. Open door with senior leaders. Can reach out to anyone. Career opportunities are enormous.

Cons

Decision making is slow, but when decisions are made, they are high quality. Many processes are very complicated and need to be streamlined. Been work on this area, but change has been slow.

Really care about their employees and provide good benefits. This is the best company i ever worked for, both for employees and for their commitment to the sustainability. Very impressive.

None. i have worked in some pretty bad companies and was so amazed how good it is at Baxter.
