Pros
The people were very friendly to work with. Everyone is willing to help each other especially since there is little room for growth in the department. It is not a very competitive atmosphere.
Cons
There are a lot of projects to balance. There are periods of time where no project is a huge priority but then a project will become hot. The Engineering department does not communicate well with this department for figuring out testing and machine limits.
