      Pros

      The finance organization at Baxter is very strong. We provide decision support for many aspects of the business and our voice is always heard and used in decision making. The tools used in finance are up to date and user friendly.

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to become a mangaer as there are many Sr. Analysts but not as many manager roles...this is common at all companies however.

      - Pay is not competitive with market - Very top heavy organization; many people to review work but few people to actually do it - Work life balance is not upheld across all groups across the organization; some groups have great work life balance and others do not - Lack of opportunities for career development
