Management can prevent you from transferring within 2 years. Too much power!

Good hours. Easy commute. Decent salary.

Cons

Baxter purchased site for manufacturing in 2013. Expensive benefits. Terrible site leadership. Everyone else out to step on the other to get ahead. People promoted who should have been let go instead. Facilities dept needs to be cleaned out from director on down.
