      Pros

      Employees are incredibly dedicated to helping patients-the mission is ingrained. Company loyalty to employees is higher than most and vice-versa. Employees get along well and are very social in the workplace.

      Cons

      Employees never leave or rotate roles so intellectual growth and change are impossible Procedures, processes, policies...paralysis Too many old, outdated products consuming resources-especially in R&D.

      Good benefits, stability, great customers, great colleagues,

      Cons

      Too top heavy in the management and way too many re-organizations. Still a "boys club" mentality in some areas despite a "Building Women Leaders" spark group. Growth for some is only feasible if you move to another group.
