      Promotions are available you just need to work hard for them and express interest. Extremely patient focused environment. Everyone knows why we come to work every day, to help deliver the best products to patients around the globe in a timely fashion. Salaries are comparable to other positions in the same industry.

      Cons

      Its a very large company so every improvement suggested, or innovation seems to take a long time to be put in place.
