Great benefits, the thousand oaks facility is in a beautiful area. The majority of people are very polite and willing to help with whatever you need done.

Cons

Manufacturing gets paid less then everyone else. They push you to get trained very quickly which leads to poor training which leads to errors.

Great opportunity to learn the pharma industry. Wonderful training programs. Recognized for your quality work and efforts. Fabulous benefits. Culturally sound. Fellow team members share information and support the new hires.

Cons

Compensation is above average. Work/Life: It is not policy to close for a 'polar vortex' or snow days. Due to busy schedules/demands/deadlines, personal growth is on the agenda, however, sometimes not the priority. However, managers have open door policies and will re-visit.
