Very nice, welcoming people. Pay well for co-ops.

Cons

I worked out of their Round Lake, IL location which was in the middle of nowhere. You were also forced to buy your own coffee, food, etc. Almost nothing was provided at Baxter. I was not the part of most data analyses; I was however forced to learn how to work tons of different machines to collect data for superiors.

Promotions are available you just need to work hard for them and express interest. Extremely patient focused environment. Everyone knows why we come to work every day, to help deliver the best products to patients around the globe in a timely fashion. Salaries are comparable to other positions in the same industry.

Cons

Its a very large company so every improvement suggested, or innovation seems to take a long time to be put in place.
