They hire anybody who is weak-minded or deseparate for a job. They don't care about turnover, they'll just hire more temp's who they can dispose of later. Management is bad. They hire incompetent managers/supervisors who give no feedback other than when something goes wrong and ignore everything that has gone smoothly. Everybody tries their hardest to act like they are working and pass off their work to others.

As with other large companies, too much bureaucracy at times. Changes are slow as well. Advancement and promotions are largely based on a set formula of what degree you have, how many years you've worked there, etc. without too much regard for performance as long as your performance is acceptable. Good for people who want to cruise through their career but not for people looking to excel and move up the ladder.
