      Pros

      Benefits. They also offer STD, day 1 and one can use up to 26 weeks and be paid at full pay.

      Cons

      The place was very disorganized. It was hard to coach managers who had no little to no leadership experience, many were bad hires. My boss had no HR experience and was put in the role to fill a spot. I wanted to stay with Baxter and retire, but it was too much to deal with.

      Pros

      1. Very clean throughout the plant. 2. Managers can't fulfill every request, but listen to concerns as they come up. 3. For my region at least, decent pay and good benefits. 4. Most people on the ground floor are down to earth and upfront instead of going behind someone's back. 5. Plenty of opportunity to cross train and move around jobs if you want to.

      Cons

      1. Recently sold off assets to a company called Vantive, so management and supply distribution is a mess right now. 2. Feels like the different shifts compete with each other instead of working with each other.
