      Pros

      Great benefits, good opportunities for advancement, depending on what department you sit in and how invested your manager is.

      Cons

      Decision-making is sloooooooow. The number of hoops you have to jump through to get anything accomplished is ridiculous. The company could be so much greater if they would stop rehashing the same fruitless exercises year after year and listen to new and innovative ideas.

      Poor administration, no jobs oportunities, if you are kelly employee, you will never have a permanent job with Baxter.

      Pros

      My colleagues were great. My department was very accommodating when needing to work from home, modify my schedule around the kids. They also had a great Mother's Room for nursing moms. Overall, I had a good experience.

      Cons

      It is hard to move up if you are not in the "chosen" crowd.
