      Quite a lot of unnecessary pressure from US. But it's easy to hide.

      Limited perspective outside US and especially in Europe.

      Lots of investment going into the company. Appearance of culture improvements. Market share is growing. Many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Silo structure of doing business. Operations group is not thoroughly supported by support groups. It makes the job more difficult.

      Flexibility and work/life balance are fantastic. Pay is above average Never a shortage of work/won't be bored Very focused on diversity and inclusion Goals to have more women leaders Gym on site, nice walking path

      Cons

      There is a lot of change happening in the past few years, but they are for good cause. Many of our processes were dated, and could use review and simplification. Many people are not super comfortable with the speed of change here, but I prefer an exciting environment.
