Cons

Very little chance for advancement. Petty Bull stuff from local management. The smaller the boss the bigger the ego. typical. computer geek gone wild.

Not much care is given to consider the work and duties of the employee. Metric based system with managers that often don't care about your personal growth and interests. Very cliquish. Mandatory overtime on whims with no thought on how it impacts personal lives.
