Good benefits, 401K matching, stock purchase plan, lots of experienced folks with great integrity and work ethic

Cons

Top performers get burned out and leave, company is slow to fill these open positions (or they get cut from budget entirely), too much work for remaining personnel to absorb; also rewards and recognition program is too difficult to even submit someone. Submit, then after 6 months of resubmitting and proposing to upper management, recipient gets a water bottle or something.

Cons

So many changes difficult for customers to understand. Best managers downsized in October 2015. New Canadian GM lasted only 4 months!
