I worked in Round Lake in global services. The only positive thing I have to say is that the engineers working in that department were really smart

Cons

senior management gave money to the anti-gay movement, managers hide in their offices, they're going to screw you on your bonus, the food in the cafeteria stinks, so many other reasons to avoid this company.

Good people and friendly work environment, emphasize team work and recognize your accomplishment, a lot of new project opportunities

Cons

extremely matrix structure, many functions and many corporate processes and rules which makes a slow decision making process and takes much longer time to get things done. Promotion opportunities limited.
