      No future with the Canadian division

      Not many unless in Sales.... Key account team now working from home.... Flexible hours

      Cons

      Soup segment is in decline. No plans for growth in Canada. Closed Miss office and shut down finance team in Canada.

      Pros

      The employee stock purchase program is very good!! My department allows us to work from home multiple times per week. Also some team members are allowed to work from other Baxter offices if needed to accommodate their schedule.

      Cons

      Offices are far north. A lot of employees. It might be easy to get lost in the crowd it is imperative to have a manager/team that's fosters your development.
