      Pros

      Person can gain great experience working on projects. Working on a small team allows each person to learn and contribute. The people working here are talented, committed and dedicated to the product.

      Cons

      This facility began years ago as a start-up software product and that mentality remains even after 2 acquisitions from larger companies. Working conditions are chaotic. Projects aren't planned well in advance making success difficult.

      Baxter is a well established market leader with a lot of smart, talented employees. There are opportunities there if you are able to make a name for yourself and take ownership of your development.

      There has been a lot of change in the past years. Change is not always bad, but it has been extreme lately and can make things more challenging than they need to be
