Competitive pay, benefits, flex hours, holidays, work from home

Cons

Constant re-prioritization, lack of scheduling, upper management doesn't understand lower- level work and does not communicate before making unrealistic commitments, then don't compensate salaried employees for extra time they had to put in to compensate for their poor planning

Pros

First in class products (with more on the way) with great support from marketing, R&D, and management. I’ve been pleased so far with the culture of the company. Benefits are quite good.

Cons

It seems like the culture and expectations are becoming more cutthroat as new senior leadership takes root. I don’t expect there’ll be a change in this. Sales force is becoming a tool for tracking and monitoring sales activities...micromanagement is something I was promised wouldn’t happen.
