The product itself is unmatched. A handful of awesome, successful & tenured people are still there.

Cons

Everything else. Baxter has increased quotas and lowered OTE for multiple years straight. It is unfortunate due to the fact that all reps are still basically selling a startup product, but do not see the typical pay that comes along with the frustrations. Only a handful of OGs are left. Bardy was a fantastic startup that had a wonderful culture. Baxter is kind of a joke. Would personally recommend to steer clear.

The people here are friendly, good place for learning as well and they have good employee benefits. The best part is the working flexibility that Baxter provides for their employees.

Cons

So far, I do not see any cons working in Baxter.
