Pay is good, stock is going up

The company have very high turn over. People are being asked to complete insane quotas and everything else is ignored. Inappropriate comments and behaviors are ignored as long the goals are being met. That being said, people get walked out all the time to be replaced with the Coviden gang. There is no appreciation from management.
