Not much good to share about the company. It’s gone downhill these past couple of years and upoer leadership team doesn’t seem to care much.

Cons

No respect for talents . Some veterans are very resistant to change and the new way of management. They sill use outdated micromanagement style of the 70s.

Competitive salary. Good work life balance.

Cons

Site with very low morale. Management team has low qualifications and competences. Low investment in employee development. Shop floor staff has a very nationalistic culture and integration of foreigners is very difficult, although Baxter claims betting on diversity and inclusion.
