I recently joined Baxter India, and the overall experience has been excellent. The joining process was very smooth and well-organized, with detailed onboarding sessions covering every aspect — from compensation and benefits to company structure and key focus areas. The interview process itself was insightful and professionally conducted. Baxter has a very flexible work environment and places a strong emphasis on ethics and compliance, which truly stands out. The company genuinely cares for its employees, especially women, ensuring a supportive and inclusive culture. The work atmosphere is friendly, collaborative, and positive. Managers and colleagues are approachable and always willing to help, making it a great place for learning and growth.

Cons

Since I’m new to the organization, I haven’t noticed major concerns so far, but a few onboarding sessions could be made more interactive or role-specific.
