Pros

Ok pay. No relo for majority of the folks though.

Cons

Stay away from Bloomington Indiana by all means. Poor management. Constant shifting in priorities in Engineering and Ops. There is nothing that is proactive in the department mindset. You are constantly firefighting. If you are conscientious about your work, you will be extremely troubled to work in this environment. Every two years, there is a 100% turnover rate. Every two years! This place scared the heck out of many great engineers and has a reputation. Stay out if you can

Pros

Depends on department and managers. You answer to several people, Office Space style. Sometimes work is pleasant and manageable.

Cons

Some mangers are actively trying to push you out. Experienced great deal of sexism from direct management. I was doing the job of a employee who left with a job title much higher then mine, but I wasn't promoted or even given a raise. Just given more work that kept adding up without adequate training. Key people leaving leaves big holes, but no replacements, so you are asked to step up without any knowledge of the project left behind halfway finished. My regards for safety were answered, but was punished for bringing it up. Basically I was super frustrated before leaving. Weekends are mandatory and you are always on call, no matter what. No compensation for hours worked past the normal 8-5 as a salaried employee. Spent 12 hours at work Tuesday, better be in at 8 or earlier on Wednesday.
