      Pros

      Good product which is sold in many countries.

      Cons

      Small site, no pipeline, only legacy products. No growth unless someone leaves, so watch your back. People just trying to move up as quickly as possible and when they realize there are no growth opportunities they leave. Plant Head is no different. HR is no help.

      Generous PTO and bank is on site.

      Cons

      Mandatory vacation days eat into the amount of days you are given. Scheduling is a complete mess. Skeleton crews on all shifts and all departments. Production operators are on mandatory alternating weekend overtime: no end in sight. Professional staff has no job training or growth opportunities. Work was never ending. Salary technical staff working double work even triple shifts was an expectation.

      great rates of pay. lots of overtime available

      Cons

      no employee appreciation like there was 10 years ago. we had summer fetes, football teams, xmas do's.... now all we get is a cheapy xmas meal in the canteen which is pretty cringy. low morale they seem to take on a lot of agency workers that don't seem to appreciate the line of work they are in.
