      Great culture and great place to work. Generous pay and benefits. New ceo has some good ideas, but there is definitely bias towards young career professionals.

      Cons

      More and more outsourcing, less opportunity to advance. Development focus is on kids right out of college. Suspect this company wont be around much longer.

      All managers can go to vacations in same time. And people do not know what to do. Your pto days cut every year. Baxter wants to do a lot of job with small amount people. And if you made mistake. Managers gives you hard time. And you can not be ensure will you work tomorrow or no.
