      Resources and training are available to get you up to speed on Baxter's processes.

      Cons

      HR is not helpful when trying to move around in the company. It seems they are only around to bring in talent but not retain it.

      Pros

      Good place to get pharmaceutical experience that you'll need in order to get hired in better companies. Standard corporate benefits (medical, dental, eye glasses, etc.). Free parking.

      Cons

      Salary is usually below the industry average for most positions in the company. You're expected to work extra hours each day. High employee turnover rates. Frequent organizational shakeup due to cost saving programs.

      Competitive pay rates and bonuses. Nice health benefits

      Cons

      Your overall experience is at the discretion of your immediate manager. Mine was pretty horrid. Long hours, no work life balance (12 hour days were the norm) under normal non-critical issues. Going to HR for guidance actually made things worse, not better.
