Workload & balance – Parallel projects stretch resources and can impact work-life balance. Career ceiling at site level – Growth beyond the local role feels limited, compared to European/global opportunities.

Skaneateles location is fairly remote, there's not much in the surrounding location. Long commutes on back roads. Baxter purchased Hillrom and restructured several departments and moved local level positions to corporate. Accountability and communication became difficult to navigate once the local department structure became corporate. Several departments moved to India-based locations. Management feels disconnected.
