      Pros

      There are a lot of "Pros" that i could say working in this company. But to name a few:- - Good working environment - Good communication between leaders and employees - Great working space - Good work/life balance - Great cultural involvement - A lot of opportunity for self and career improvement working in this company - The best in healthcare benefits and employee's wellbeing

      Cons

      I do not like negative things in my life or in anything that i do. But nothing is perfect. I have to name a few Cons in working here. But the Cons does not outweigh the Pros. - Using a system that is not user friendly - Management planning needs some improvement - Communication between the leadership team needs to improve

      Bad people

      Pros

      There are many good people working there that care, but they never make it to a management position.

      Cons

      My boss yelled and threw a tool at me in front of other employees. I went and reported it to his manager. A couple days later I was put on a PIP, which is strange since I was still training. After a month I went from being a good worker to a horrible worker. I was let go a week after that. I reached out to HR many times for help but was NEVER called back. Now I'm unemployed and that boss that yelled and threw a crescent wrench at me is still there and even got a raise. WTF!!!!!!! I'm a vet and I've never been treated so poorly. BAD PLACE TO WORK!!!!?!

      Compensation package is above average

      Cons

      Management is complacent Core business values look good on the wall but are not practiced Toxic environment Clock-in/out policy is technically illegal as Amazon could attest when they lost a class action lawsuit revolving around the same practice Work/life balance non-existent Recognition system not utilized at all Quick to punish, rewards superficial silly trinkets I could go on and on and on
