Majority of the negative comments here are true. The company is controlled and directed essentially by leadership team from China who does not follow or respect FDA guidance very well and often make critical mistakes. Lack of standards process, extremely high turnover and always hiring like crazy. Expect you to work late hours to cope with time zone difference and pressure from senior management. US based directors and ADs don’t have real control and are panic driven by Chinese leadership. They survive on asking middle management to shoulder all responsibilities for them and feed them with new ideas and strategies to present.

Where to begin: Most of management largely clueless with a sense of entitlement. Absolutely no respect for boundary between home/personal life and work life. Expect texts, e-mails and calls any hour of the day, including weekends, nights,etc. So many silos and lack of communication across functions/geographies.
