      The worst job of my career

      Pros

      Lots of free food. Beautiful office views. Co-workers are great. Remote working is nice.

      Cons

      This is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Management is incompetent and just wants a sea of yes men. People with experience or a voice will be pushed out and bullied. Expect long hours without recognition, reward, or even a thank you. The tone of conversation is rude and disrespectful at even the highest levels.

      - Terrible company culture and morale - Lack of trust or transparency from Sr and executive management - Management doesn’t care about the employees, only delivery of what they want when they want it; - Those who do what management ask do well; Those who speak up are shunned - Company values are empty words - No regards for work-life balance - No empowerment of employees - Poor communication on all levels - from top down, across functions, etc. - No prioritization of work or goals - Lack collaboration across sites, departments, and management

      Pros

      GREAT staff to work with, some WFH flexibility (as long as you are doing well in your position), and interesting studies to work on. I truly can say this is the only job I have worked where I genuinely enjoy going to the office and doing my job 100%. I do not have any interest in ever leaving this company and I have been here for over 9 months so far... really great team to work with and always learning! You will NOT regret working here!

      Cons

      My commute is far but totally manageable... shocking to say that is the only con I could think of (and I'm a harsh critic).
