Nice cafeteria and nice new building.

Cons

They have replaced everyone who knew a lot with people who speak English as a second language, have no qualifications and don't know what they are doing at work. I don't expect this company to survive.

Cons

Current CEO (not Mike Hawthorne) is making very questionable decisions about manufacturing locations. Doesn't seem rooted in sound business decisions. Parent company is German and has taken over most of the decision making for the product teams. Everything is about short term profits, leadership is non-existent, especially at the plant level. Promotions are available to an extent, then very hard to breakthrough to management.
