I only look forward to the end of the month for my pay.

Cons

This will probably be one of the worst organizations I've ever worked at. People are nasty and will stab you in the back for their own gain and lots of bullying. If you're looking to work here, save yourself and go elsewhere.

Cons

• Toxic and performative management culture. I was being singled out by a senior team member, who subtly undermined me. The behavior was persistent and clearly meant to push me out. • When I expressed concerns about how I was being treated, I was told the issue was in my perception—not the behavior itself. • Compensation was $20,000 less than I made in the same role at my previous employer • A culture of “everyone’s replaceable” quietly permeates the management philosophy

Amazing pension and benefit package. Huge set of diverse backgrounds in a huge set of different roles related to finance and technology.

Cons

If someone leaves a team, you don't get a new headcount to replace them, and the workload for team members just increases, with the linked consequences. A lot of teams operate in silos. Promotions are very much connections and politics driven.
