YOu can become a political juggernaut if you stay here for long. This place is filled with unqualified people who force un-necessary feedback onto you, just to show their status and seniority.

Cons

Some VPs who have been here for 6+ years are absolute bullies . They make fun of juniors like me, throw sarcasm and jibes left, right and center. Directors and long tenured management should take actions against such people who think they are out of the world because they are VPs. (QA team)
