Pros

Good work Free food Free cab Brand name If you fall in right project you can have holidays as you like A good place for thinkers Work satisfaction You can reach anybody anytime hierarchy does not matter. You will get addicted to this company and will not be in a position where u can decide if you want to stay or go People are technically very strong

Cons

Too much work Common shift is 11 to 8 Biggest prob is cab will pick you 45 minutes early in the morning and will leave 25 min later in the eve I have seen politics in other teams Hike is meagre Proposed ctc at the time of joining is very clever as it looks too big but in hand is very less Promotion doesnot in your money Have to wait 2-3 years for each promotion Some teams are filled with relatives of managers so beware 0 or minimal onsite although u can see many outsiders in india office

Pros

Brand name. Chance to see what other people are working.

Cons

Poor managers who will judge you based on their perceptions not on your performance. Your salary, promotion and bonus may be decided based on how much you spent on education. Lots of activities will show that management is transparent, but actually they are so much secrative, and will not share even your own career path with you. Top management will hear only what middle manager conveys.

Pros

It's a world-class company, well respected in the industry. All my coworkers were smart, dedicated, and easy to get along with.

Cons

Pay can be on the low side if you aren't front office. It used to be more entrepreneurial but as it grew through acquisitions things got much more bureaucratic. Promotion process is too formulaic and procedural. Work-life balance is very poor, everyone is expected to work long hours all the time. So it's a good fit if you don't have a family, or don't like being around them.
