I have learnt and grown a lot in my role since joining. Great support from colleagues and seniors across the firm. Very easy to get involved in a variety of things.

Cons

It is a slow moving behemoth of an organisation. Decisions are often consensus based (i.e. slow, expensive, and no one is taking charge or responsibility). In these murky waters, political players can wield great personal influence over the day-to-day running of the firm.

Cons

The culture is one of churn and burn. You can certainly have success for years, but at some point you will outlive your usefulness and be cast aside. Just a matter of time.
