Pros

Great Benefits, job security, and you have the ability to work in other cities as it is a large company.

Cons

Long hours as it is a global company. Meetings have to be scheduled so all attendees from several countries can make it. This forces you to take 5am or 6pm meetings a couple times a week. Projects taken much longer to complete due to developers working across different countries. It also takes a lot longer to complete projects due to needing approval from the New York office technology department before proceeding with each step of development.

Pros

As far as from a sales team level is concerned, leaving at the end of each day was a massive pro. It would also be considered a bonus should you have been educated at Eton or Marlborough, as this is a sure sign of being fast tracked through the promotional stages despite lack of intelligence

Cons

Middle managements' egos in sales and ops leave much to be desired (it's always the small bosses who beg for recognition via treating their staff like dirt and expecting them to work to the best of their ability). Higher bonuses are usually reserved for those who exert lack of decency
