Very challenging environment with lots of opportunities to learn various things in the industry.

Fast paced, work with intelligent people, always new projects to work on. Compensation during bonus time is reflected appropriately related to expectations and performance.

Cons

Work life balance in my department or the lack there of. Typically working 10+ hour days during month end and especially during quarters and year end. This causes significant turnover.

Pros

Pay, that's about it, the whole corporate culture is broken. I've never been in a place with so many people off on work related stress.

Cons

Long hours, unfeeling staff and superiors. Ridiculous expectations. Understaffed. Inflexible. Geckology writ large. And it's getting worse somehow, American labour laws maybe creeping in. No job security.

Only a brand name nothing else!

Cons

No actual work life balance! Upto 12-15 hrs of pressurised work! Management afraid of overseas management and stakeholders, pressurised to do work at any cost! Team budget(if any) is not at all spend on team. For every function u have to spend!! Lots of unnecessary managers(associates)! Politically very actives as lots of manager are hired either from BPO industry or small(lala) companies! Managers are themselves of buttering mindsets! So u have to do same,if not then bear the grunt of biasness! Perception is the key factor not hard work! Management doesnot listen to ur problem,instead they use it year-end review on it and will downgrade you!
