      Can learn skills vital for corporate life such as how to be fake, hypocritical, political; nice office infrastructure; expensive annual summer party; good health benefits

      Cons

      Company is too political to be able to produce quality; the system makes people become mediocre as they need to focus on backstabbing, fighting for credit in order to survive; once you get in, pay increases are slow; everyone is stressed; some people need to work two time zones like Asia and Europe times; capable people leave as incapable people get promoted

      Some great people, pays very well, free trips to the zoo

      Cons

      Terrible terrible company. The finance business is obviously amazing. But the media business is not a business, it does not exist to make a profit so simply attracts the best bullshitters in the business due to the high salaries.
