Pros

- Fast, ever-changing. There's always a new target - Newer hires get a lot of responsibility. You will be making meaningful contributions within a few weeks of joining, and will have the opportunity to plan out your systems and try out new things - Good work-life balance, probably 90-95% of the time - Verticals have opportunities to try the latest and greatest in tech

Cons

- Occasionally gets hectic - Verticals sometimes do not get the resources required allocated for engineering purposes - Not clear on long term career path

Pros

good insurance, benefits, 401k. fancy building, free snacks. However, any other tech company would have at least this level of benefits.

Cons

terrible for career growth as a software developer. You cannot learn from doing the work. You have to learn by yourself. Because they use outdated tech, you will have hard time switch jobs to a real IT company.
