      Pros

      Everything is team dependent Pay, work ethics, quality of work etc. In general, pay will be good in any team. If you are in a relatively new team then you may be using C++ and somewhat latest technologies.

      Cons

      Most teams will not tolerate tardiness and late arrivals, however late departures are always welcome here (infact much needed). Fortran and really old technologies are still prevalent in some teams. If you work there for 4 years, you are rendered almost useless for any other company. Things are changing though and its much better. There is definitely a lot of politics ( which is not obvious to leaf nodes)

      Pros

      Great benefits, Diverse and friendly culture/environment, Strong client base, Opportunity for internal mobility, Good resources available through various internal teams/colleague's backgrounds

      Cons

      Many employees are in-the-box thinkers more taking orders than taking ownership. Several employees break down barriers while there are many more just coming in for their 8-5pm day. Very metrics driven - to the point of it being a negative in most employee's eyes.

      Pros

      Great medical coverage. Free snacks on multiple floors throughout the day. Medical center on site. Opportunities to move up as well as to take positions in other offices around the world.

      Cons

      Workload a lot for the amount of staff. I am referring to IT as that is my department, but seem to hear that a lot from people in other groups/departments as well.
