      Competitive environment to work in. Good exposure to financial background. Good for may be a few years. Experience gained is valuable.

      Cons

      Not the kind of 9-6 job you expect to have in your later years of life. Salary is not in par with the work expected.

      Some coworkers are excellent people, but others are the most unreliable people ever.

      Cons

      more than 12 hours every day. sometimes working on weekend (if you say no then problems) BB is your owner

      Very Fast paced work environment. Lot of opportunities for learning low level programming. Open work environment.

      Cons

      High pressure. Constant changes to management. Recognition not always commensurate with performance. Lack of any privacy at desk.
