All remote fairly flexible schedule good benefits decent time off policy (PTO accrual) good room for growth

Cons

kinda trash laptops they give you for development alot of super legacy software and systems fair amt of red tape (though this can also be a plus, as I do not really if your team isn't in your timezone shift can get a little early or late
