      Good place to work but not the best for apps

      Great environment, great people to work with. Excellent benefits package. Salary is good

      Cons

      Old tech - but getting better. App development environment not great, no real focus or drive in the area. Still website focused.

      Hi thanks for your feedback and rating it really is appreciated. Appreciate your comments on benefits and salary as this is an area we are continually looking at. It can be challenging in a "hot" market so thank you for your perspective. I have flagged your App comment to Gavin our CTO. As you know there is a lot of replatforming work going on at the moment but this does have to be a bit at a time. With the Booking.com integration most of this growth will ultimately come via apps so it is an important area for us. Will pass your comments to Gavin and thanks again Ryan

      Huge company which is focused on the revenue and much less on the users and developers. But good place for relocation

      Pros

      - Flexibility - you are free to do anything - Strong A/B testing and analytics - Internationality - you will meet a lot of interesting people from around the world - Great office, lunch and other perks

      Cons

      - Lack of code ownership - A/B testing rules everything and stops to making obvious improving steps - "Doing something" people and lack of the delivery control - People are not most valuable asset in the company
